Handle key accounts' daily related activities, inserting request for quotation (RFQ), controlling special orders' import, export, tracking, and clearance with an excellent customer servicing level.
Negotiate and get rates with agents and local suppliers and follow up on the quotations given.
Update GlobalNet data: follow up, events, sales, cost, payment invoice, agent follow up, etc. in order to send job files for approval and billing by the accounting department.
Execute files effectively and professionally to eliminate any possible failure with ongoing business.
Ensure that cargo deliveries are delivered according to clients' credit agreements and payment terms, such as handling collection from cash client operation.
Monitor client activity and work on growing the business by upselling / cross-selling.
Liaise with various departments (clearance, accounting, operations, etc.) to ensure all documents are finalized and goods are delivered on time and as requested.
Visit clients with CRM Manager / Brand Manager to review the business flow based on needs.
Coordinate with CRM for claim management and resolving problems within the defined set of KPIs.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or degrees related to Supply Chain or Logistics. The equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable.
1-3 years of Customer Servicing experience or Key Account Management preferably in Shipping or Freight Forwarding industry.
Minimum knowledge of Shipping Incoterms, Routing and Schedule, Container Types, Countries Positioning.
Knowledge of Airlines and Shipping Lines.
